Flight Pattern Issues with Current Dates

I understand that my request for extended stay outside of the event dates are subject to the hotel availability and rate. And the additional occupants are user-pay. Please book economy class flights with a reasonable duration and the ability to select seat assignments, as well as baggage options. EO will only cover the costs associated with economy-class bookings. Any upgrades to premium economy, business class, or similar paid upgrades will be at your own expense. If you choose to upgrade to a different class, you will be responsible for covering the price difference. All expenses have to be submitted to EO via Concur with corresponding receipts. *
