ARRIVAL GROUND TRANSPORTATION
<<IMPORTANT>> There is no direct public transport from New Chitose Airport to the hotel, and the journey takes approximately one and a half hours. Therefore, you have 3 transportation options to choose from stated below.
For the return journey from the hotel to New Chitose Airport or Sapporo JR station, a Group Bus will be available. Please sign up for this service when booking your accommodation. The cost is JPY 3500 per person per trip, with departures from the hotel at 1:30 PM. If the bus schedule does not suit your itinerary, We strongly recommend Pre-book for a taxi in advance, as there are no taxis available at the hotel at any time.
Option 2 – RENT-A-CAR (No driver)
You can book a car online before your trip to enhance your flexibility and manage your time more efficiently. Several reputable rental companies operate in Hokkaido—ensure you have the appropriate license before making your arrangements. The hotel offers free parking for your convenience.

Option 1 – PRE-ARRANGED TAXI (Bookings must be made before departure)
If your flight arrives at New Chitose Airport, the best option is to book an airport transfer to prevent hassle. The journey to the hotel takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. We recommend traveling as a group to optimize seating. Please choose 'Pre-arranged Taxi’ on the accommodation booking form.
Option 3 - TRAIN + SHUTTLE BUS
You can also take train (USD 30 per person) from airport to Tomamu Station and connect hotel Shuttle bus. It takes around 2 hours.
